Almarai – Lambo Beef Processing Plant Project & Manhole
- Alkarj (ongoing)

  • Installed MEP systems: HVAC units, plumbing, firefighting, lighting, and power.
  • Constructed manholes and underground utilities for water, sewage, and stormwater networks.

Tabuk ISTP-02 – Water Treatment Plant (2024) – Acciona JV

  • Installed full water, sewage, firefighting, and stormwater networks with chambers, valves, and outfall structures.
  • Delivered MEP systems: HVAC units, plumbing, firefighting, lighting, power, and ELV (CCTV, access control, fire alarm).
  • Completed civil, electrical, and commissioning works for all utilities and supporting infrastructure 

Ali Abdullah Al-Tamimi – Office Building, Dammam 1st Industrial Area

  • Delivered MEP systems: HVAC units, plumbing, firefighting, lighting, power, and ELV (CCTV, access control, fire alarm).

  • Dammam Railway – Chilled water system, 700 Tons.
  • Alahsa Railway – Chilled water system, 420 Tons.
  • Dammam University (Phases 3 & 4) – HVAC systems, AHUs, ACCUs, BMS.
  • Hafr Al Batin Community College – 2600 Tons system with chillers, AHUs, BMS, plumbing, balancing.
  • Jubail General Hospital – Air cooled package units.
  • Dammam Central Hospital (Toxins & Morgue) – 20–45 Ton units.
  • King Fahad Medical & Specialist Hospitals – Chillers, piping, cladding.
  • Prince Mohammed Bin Fahad Hospital, Qatif – Chillers, boilers, pumps.
  • King Fahad Medical Education Hospital – 45-Ton units
